"ripped off"

I ordered a brown rabbit fur jacket from Leather Coats Etc. And every time I'm outside and the wind blows hard, the fur blows right off my jacket and you can see the stitching on the sleeves and back of the jacket. I called Leather Coats and explained in to Troy and he told me to just pay to return it and they'll exchange the jacket. Fine, so I thought, I paid about $15 to return it. When the company did get the jacket, Stephanie called and told me that they inspected the jacket and it can't be repaired and they're returning it to me. So I called back and got Jill, who needs customer service training, and she said the same thing but did end with, "Oh, you can get 25% off the purchase of another one." If this one didn't last, and is of "very poor" quality, why would I want another one? Anyway, today 2/10 I finally got the jacket back only to find it literally ripped in the front. There was not one rip when I sent it. So I called the company that delivered it to me EXCELLED SHEEPSKIN & LEATHER COAT CORP. (732) 969-3900, Leather Coats Etc.'s parent company, only for them to tell me that that's the way they got it and referred me back to Leather Coats. I called them got Troy, who passed me off to Jill who said the warehouse people were not in, and this was at 3:40pm our time. We both are in Illinois. Then I said I can send a picture, the jacket was never torn, she told me, "Well that;s what you're gonna have to do." and that was it. Another lie and another "Blow-Off". I have been "Ripped Off" and they simply do not care.
