I ordered the trial sample of Bella Brite teeth whitening system, on November 20, sometime in the evening. I tried to cancel it today and they said my trial period ended yesterday, so I was unable to receive a refund for the first month's worth of product they send with the sample. You do not have 8 days, you have 8 days from the time you order. This is very much a scam! I first asked to speak with a supervisor, I was told there was not an available supervisor and they would have someone call before the end of their shift. When I spoke with the supposed supervisor, he would not give me any other information, he said he had a superior, but would not release that information, because he did not have to give it to me. He just kept telling me, I was not eligible for a refund, because my trial period was up.
