Petroleum construction, a-team petroleum greedy contrcators who twice asked for more money, or they would stop work. They hired their own suncontrctors who were incompetent as themselves

#1 ripoff artist in the state of Florida.

My property was worked on to upgrade to the double wall standard. I first secured a loan with my bank, giving details amount of the money that Petroleum Construction was going to charge. Also, the state of Florida was offering an incentive to clean up the contaminated soil when they dug the old tanks from the ground.

Everything was alright until they were in position to call the shots. First, they asked for $3,000.00 for enviromental services which was included in the price. Second, the subcontractors that they deal with, A & D Petroleum stole the copper from the old pumps. They didn't install the monitoring system correctlly, paid extra for that!!! Third, the concrete they poured left a shallow pond in the middle of the drive way and said it was normall, normal for their specs. Fourth, they damaged my curbs and building and their response was its the cost of doing business. I shouldve not paid them and taken them to court.

One of the subcontractors went out of business and got paid from the state and didn't pay them for $15,000.00 they wouldn't relaese the lien and I agreed to pay them $7,500.00. They recived $3,500.00 and now they still taking me to court for $12,000.00 and are demanding to settle out of court for $9,000.00.

All three owners are crooks. Especially Keith Periu. He's going through a devorce and wants everybody to pay his alimony and court costs. Even though I'm suffering I'm glad Mrs. Periu is liberatiing fron that no good crroked bastard of a husband.

I hope no one hires them.
