Anadarko sent contract for minerals stating they would pay 1/8 to 1/5 for minerals company paid only 6.80 while spending 4.2 billions on hunts petroleum company was suppose to work as agent not defraud heirs of monies tax office state monies was with company when monies suppose to be with heirs sarah theus property which has been submitted to court. Company was on property before lease signed in october company got minerls gas in 20,000s and oil in 200 and was suppose to pay heirs minerals collected monthly but payments were not sent monthly for minerals that were collected.
