Ex-employee of company for 5 years last 2 years did not get a raise talked to home office they said i did ripoff

Worked for company for 5 years and my last 2 years i did not get a raise and i called the home office and they said i did. Well i told them it is not in my pay check stub at al. L so what are you going to do? They said they would talk to the general manager of that store i worked at. His name is ardie ardsure and he did not do anything at all to get me my raise so i want my money that i deserve. Please help me.
