Update on my complaint

Well, it goes on...

I took my complaint to my bank who also does an investigation since this is considered VISA fraud.

I had ordered the polo shirts on 4-23-09, with FedEx shipping supposedly 9.95, to be delivered in 4-5 days.

I decided to see if anything was happening at ccTaylor.com, and this time when I clicked on Order Tracking, it had changed from "pending" to "shipped" on 5-19!!

The box with Track Your FedEx Shipment is— guess what— BLANK!

I wonder if FedEx even knows they are playing with their trusted reputation.

I played around awhile longer on this site and under the headline on shipping costs, it says the first item is $6.50, and the second item adds $2.50 to the total. My shipping amount is $12.00 on two (imaginary) items.

This guy is such an idiot that he can't even add or subtract, unless it comes to the money he fraudulently adds to his bank account.

And, needless to say, I haven't received any polo shirts. I am still thoroughly disgusted because I have never been toyed with like this. I can't help but think this little creep gets his kicks from this fraud. He talks about "our warehouse" and on the shipping page explains in great detail how where you live makes a few days difference in the shipment time, and here's the real slap in the face:

"Our customer service department prides itself on how quickly they can respond to your questions." Oh you do. It has been over a month.
