Ripoff, cashed check but didn't send merchandise consumer rip-off fraud

I was going through the Sunday paper and saw an ad for a super mini ear and thought I would give it a try. I sent the check in early March, the bank sent me the cancelled check in April, but the company has not sent the merchandise or any notification of any sort.
