J.D. Marvel Products Inc. Super Mini Ear Rip Off

On Jan 13 I mailed a check to J.D. Marvel Products Inc. Dept. 721-109, Box 3270 Champlain, NY 12919 in response to an ad in the Amarillo Globe News Sunday Edition for a product called the Super Mini Ear. The total amount of the check was $13.90 and was cashed on Jan. 25. I never received the merchandise and their toll free number is constantly busy. (1-888-414-5333)

I realize I will probably never see the merchandise or my money but I want other people to be aware of this rip-off company. I am disabled and living on a fixed income, I should have known it was a "too good to be true offer" but I didn't think to check the internet before I sent my check. I hope others will not fall for this scam. This company needs to be shut down and it's operators should be fined and imprisoned.
