J.D. "doc" marvel rip-off fraud sent check for slippers cashed check but sent no merchandise

We sent a check for $10.90 for FLEECE LINED SOFT SUEDE SLIPPERS. The company dba DOC MARVEL cashed our check but never sent us the merchandise. Check sent 26 nov cashed on dec 6. It is now jan 17. I guess it is easy to make a lot of money if you advertise a product with no intention of filling the orders
