Bad software, worse attitude

I recently paid $89 for online bankruptcy filing software available at the website guaranteedbankruptcyservices.com. It didn't take long to discover that the software is truly bad and I immediately contacted GBS to secure some kind of refund. The GBS website reassures potential customers with a "full money-back guarantee" but this is deceptive.in order for GBS to even consider refunding your payment you must file your bankruptcy petition using their bad software and then the petition must be rejected by the court. My first email to GBS received a defensive and customer hostile reply. Their reply to my second email essentially said that they had said all they had to say in the first email. Friendly and helpful these people are not. I would strongly, strongly advise any potential customers to stay far far away from guaranteedbankruptcyservices.com. The software is bad bad bad and so is their attitude. You can only contact these people through an email form on their website and as I've indicated once they have your payment they're pretty much done with you. The only thing they guarantee is your misery.
