William Bill Eaton Jr. - Contractor Services Of New England Bill's itemized quote for a paved driveway wasn't even close to the work he produced. / Seabrook / New Hampshire

My mother was randomly approached by Mr. William (Bill) Eaton Jr. He presented a business card titling his company "Contractor Services of New England." My guess is that they were surveying the neighborhood for people to take advantage of. He gave her a quote for paving of her driveway. This included the removal of the first half of the old driveway, which then would be graded, receive 2 inches of new pavement as a base, and then an additional 2 inches of material on top of that. The latter half of the driveway was in fine shape and would receive 2 inches of material to even out the entire driveway. This would be accompanied by a 5 year warranty and 10% of sealing. Less than a month goes by, and grass began to poke up through the pavement in several areas. Obviously he didnt properly seal the cracks and there's far less than 2 inches of material.

Over a course of a week and a half, I've placed 5 calls to his business phone 603-944-0824 and left messages. Which by the way now goes by Ultimate Paving. Another 5 calls to his cell phone 857-526-2340 and left messages. All have not been returned.

Couple other tidbits about these people:
-Bill Eaton will produce an expired license so as to not be detected after the fact.

-He will ask for a check be made out to him personally instead of his business.

-Travels with a Chris Bickford who writes up the quotes
