David Evangelista paved my driveway, left all debris there, cannot get into my back yard, will not return phone my calls

I signed a contract for my driveway to be paved and all debris to be taken away. They paved the driveway and left all the debris on the remainder of the driveway. Now I can't even get to my backyard.

I haved called him & left messages & all I get is "leave a message". The pavement material is starting to fall onto my neighbors driveway, as they are adjoined. I am afraid they are going to sue me for this mess.
