Avoid doing business with them

I started a house mortgage procedure through MortgageIT who approached me through Lending Tree. I advised them that I needed to acquire a mortgage loan and was supplied an interest-rate that we secured set for $295 with! 00% funding by having an interest-rate of 5.87. I subsequently discovered a manufactured house and recommended Stelina Tibodeau at MortgageIT. I recommended her that I had been conscious that I the manufactured house might need me to place 10% along and perhaps spend a greater price. I had been guaranteed the mortgage could be prepared using the unique conditions. Tibodeau later approached me and stated that she might still do 100% funding but the rate of interest was today 6.25 through Country-Wide. The mortgage proceded to get a month before Tibodeau today recommended me that Country-Wide was needing 5% down. I begged and lent and created 5% ($16,000). Simply to be approached your day before we closed documents and recommended that Country-Wide today needed 10% down. I instantly ended the procedure simply to be recommended by MortgageIT they currently had Flagstar who had been prepared to do the mortgage for 5% right here the initial conditions. We proceeded again. I had been recommended by MortgageIT to publish something special notice from parents who'd supplied me using the 5% deposit, and that I complied. I had been subsequently approached again and recommended that Flagstar was today needing one more $6000. I ended the procedure again.

This whole process required 2 weeks. The vendors had loaded up and joined in to a purchase agreement on another house. We provided notice on our rental house, and of course the $400 we taken care of an evaluation about the home that we were guaranteed by MortgageIT the mortgage was authorized.

I'm as though we were being baited and changed all-along. I had been recommended that my running charge could be returned, that has yet to be achieved. I also need my evaluation price returned as it was completed just on the acceptance.

I also caution anybody against using the services of these companies.
