Refused to lower our interest rate on our current mortgage

While my spouse and that I refinanced our house a few years back, our Mortgage was offered four-times to four different businesses. Sadly, Wilshire is who we wound up with. For thee 5 weeks I attempted to obtain them to simply reduce the rate of interest on our mortgage. We've never, actually been overdue. They informed us that despite the fact that our consideration was current and we were never overdue what we supplied them written down stated we couldn't manage to help make the funds. Now tell me which makes sense. They actually recommended that people nicely our house and purchase anything smaller. Within this economy are they CRAZY!!! I'd never, actually, suggest Wilshire to anybody.
