Terrible experience! They sent the wrong order, have not returned calls/emails AND the order took over 3 weeks to arrive

Even though this online company has a strong web presense and purports to have a Return Policy, they do not honor it. They have sent an incorrect order, and even though i was willing to pay for return shipment and was willing to be cooperative (Sh*t happens) they have not returned calls, or emails. The phone number attached to the Bank transaction is disconnected. The number they have on their website is not answered most of the time, even by an answering machine. It was answered once when my order was late I called, and the guy told me they were moving their offices and that's why the order was late. I finally get the products which were incorrect, left messages when the machine was on, no answer. Sent an email, no reply. Then one Saturday TWO or more weeks later what sounded like the same guy picks up, and he said the "owners" weren't there, they were busy moving their offices, but that someone would call me back Monday. Needless to say, no call. Do NOT order online from these guys if there is any chance you might want to make use the Return Policy. This is a terrible outfit! I've been ordering products online for several years, this is the first time I've been Ripped Off!
