Did not deliver product, ignores inquiries, non functioning emails, not return phone calls, false promises

Labwell has good products except they took my money and never shipped. Of every single order I have ever placed, only two times I received the product without having to literally chase my order down. Now, finally, it is impossible to chase my order down, they will not return phone calls and ignore emails even more than before. Two weeks after my order when someone accidentally actually answered the phone (and after the 2nd phone call and 5th email) they told me they lost my order but it would go out express mail the next day. I never received it, and they ignored all my following calls and emails asking for a tracking number. I am a super idiot for continuiing to order from them but I liked the products too much. However at this point there is nothing to like since it looks like they are not in the habit of shipping items, nor are they into answering phones or emails.
