On Jan. 19-07 I approached aeroplan workplace to determine if we obtained incentive miles to get a journey obtained November 19-06 and also to my shock I then found out my spouse & I equally dropped all our airmiles by Sept. 30-06. I don't believe Atmosphere Canada has got the to do that. A letter dated March 6 mentioned January 1-07 modifications may occur. I had been really annoyed and so I named again on Jan. 22-07 & was informed the same except she recommended me that people were just obtaining credit for 1 method journey for the journey drawn in Nov. That the different woman didn't inform me of. Therefore she did correct there mistake. She also recommended me that I ought to be getting some responsibility - properly it appears after I contact you will find usually modifications & how might I understand basically was just obtaining credit for 1 method journey, I don't know-all the guidelines & experience it's there work & how might I understand they no further send claims. But, these were fast to recommend me when I needed the kilometers back just how much it'd charge. Through the years we've not obtained credit for several of our excursions & I did so attempt & but to no avail. On Jan 22 I also requested to talk to a supervisor & was recommended they'd not take the phone call.
