Www.1adiscountshippers.com took my deposit as per their contract, they failed to perform as agreed, they refuse to refund deposit. Ripoff business from hell

I hired them to transport my eBay bought truck from New Jersey to California. I sent them a deposit, and they cashed my check and failed to perform in the thirty days, as agreed in their contract.

I cancelled the contract, as per their terms, and they have not refunded my deposit, as per their contract. It has been three months, and when I question them, they (Patti) says "Check has been sent out." They have said this for three months.

Other auto shipping and transport companies hear the same complaint about them, from many of their customers. It sounds like they make a living ripping off innocent consumers.
