Rip off Poor Quality - Not worth money paid. Did not refund amount paid. Employees rude on telephone

Senior Citizens spend a great deal of time watching TV. Ads look good. They get realed into the moment. They do not have time or patience to get a refund. These companies that produce low quality merchandise for department store dollars have to be stopped.

My Mother's credit card was charged $39.92 of which $14.95 was returned. I cannot believe 2 rude people told me they do not refund shipping. I can't believe shipping was $24.97. It only cost me $12.97 to return the poor quality merchandise first class prioty mail.

I know there is alot of money to be made in info commercials and advertisements. The eye buys. But, I believe the products should be of quality.

Oh well, the American system, pay enough money and anyone will do anything.
