Failed to transport and disclose the 50.00 processing fee prior to receipt of deposit

Express auto transport promised to transport my vehicle in 5 to 10 days per customer service repres and failed to do so. After receipt of my deposit (145.00) they stated they could not find a driver for my requested transport route. This was 2wks after the receipt of my deposit. To add injury to insult they told me I was cancelled and hung on me after repeated calls to follow up on the status. I contacted there alledged accounting department and no one ever answers. The voice mail box is always full. I can't believe the Attorney General's Office in the state of Ohio has not closed there business of operation. It was unbelieveable. This is not a disgruntled customer. I am appauled that companies are allowed to rip people off and still stay in business. Lets see if I get my deposit back as promised by the customer service repres. SHame on you Express auto! Karma is real!
