Mother's Day Advertising Scam

I purchased a Mother's Day pendent from this company which was guarenteed to be delivered by Mother's Day if ordered by May 1st I ordered mine on 4/28/09 —called twice to make sure it was going to be delivered on time and was told it would be on time.

The item did not arrive on-time and I called the following day to find out about the status and they told me they did not process it until 5/1/09, not my problem, thus it was not delivered on time. However they did not take responsibility for their action but the lady said it was not their fault! She refused an immedite refund and told me I would have to have my mother refuse the shipment and I would get a refund later after it was received and inspected. Such an error on their part should not constitute a hold-up on my part, nor such a low-life scam. I was appalled! They never intended to fulfill their promise—how low can you go?
