Do not buy from FTD.com! Today is my anniversary and they just called to say that the order (placed 18 days ago) would not be delivered. This is the second time this has happened. And on Mother's Day, the flower arrangement they delivered my mother-in-law was not even close to comparable to what I had ordered!

Awful customer service!!! Awful company.
