Terrible experience

I got my vehicle set for a program oil-change and radiator flush towards the Valvoline in Grove City, OH. Not four times after having this completed, my car began overheating. After I appeared, all of the anti-freeze and water had exhausted out-of my vehicle. It had been overdue during the night when this occurred and so I did a temperature repair and went towards the closest resort after getting off-work. Named Valvoline the following day plus they delivered a man in the future view it. He became popular a line and noticed exactly what the issue was and rigged it therefore it might be pushed for that evening. 24 hours later Valvoline named me and explained to create my vehicle in. I acquired several kilometers away and my vehicle died privately of the street. The supervisor in the Grove Town and Georgiasville shop arrived and fulfilled me at my vehicle. Another criticism that I continue reading below stated Valvoline does not stay behind their function and also the 100% client satisfaction is just a couple of garbage. Well I agree completely and such as the additional complainant stated, I'll NEVER consider my vehicle to a different Valvoline. I'll actually move one-step more and make certain none of my buddies or household move there both.
