Wrong Oil Plug

I've been having my gas changes with Valvoline since 2007. Anything was going great until they changed a gas plug-in August.

They removed it after which attempted to not consider responsibility for this. Since it wasnt about the bill I had been informed by them just about it'dnot operate in court. I'd to go towards the seller who'd to displace the entire fat pot at 687.00!!! Valvoline does not wish to consider any responsibilty for something. I'll never consider my vehicle back their again. Plus I obtain a oil-change and tire turn for less than 30.00 and Valvoline charged me nearly 50.00. Anything you do be cautious whenever you consider your vehicle their. They simply tear you down after which take-no fault for this. Atleast the dealer was prepared to use me. Our vehicle moves no-where else-but the dealer to any extent further.

Valvoline is incompetant & most of the support technicians don't actually perform their for lengthy. The one which transformed my gas plug
