Promise low rates over billed ENORMOUSLY then cut off service

This company promised lower phone bills for my business phone. Just a standard no fax no internet phone line for 40$ a month. The first bill was 80$ then tried to cancel. Then came a bill for 168$ tired of this called back att to sign up with them. Then service was cut after 2 months to my business and would not be restored nor my # released to att till I paid 218$ right then on the phone. No help no appologies very rude pay or else. Do not sign up they make totally false promises and have tons of hidden fees.
