I bought a Bissell machine and within 3 months the wire demonstrated symptoms of use. After calling Bissell they directed me to go to some nearby repair center for inpsection. The repair center educated me that it had been a machine bought from the "big-box shop and crap, what did I anticipate." I documented this to Bissell as well as advised them the nearby restoration shop stated they'll not protect it under guarantee it had been brought on by operating within the wire. Our recommendation is the fact that Bissell not just must increase upon their item but additionally their customer support.in a period when very few individuals are buying $180 machineis I believe they are able to do much better than this.
