Sends you to collection when you never did business or heard of with them

Times are tough, but trying to collect money from someone who never did business with them. This company never sent a bill to us, never contacted us, only turned us over to a collection agency. This sucks. I hope some government agency investigates how many bogus bills they send out. Lets face it, it is likely that some bogus bills get paid an unknowing accounts payable clerk.
