They filed a bogus collection report with Experian we never heard of this, they are not legitimate Ripoff

We received a notice from a collection agency in Oct stating we owed Mapnad Viatel Cons. $15, when I phoned the collection agency for a copy of the bill they told us to through the notice away as they had found the company to be unreputable. We recently Dec received a notice from another collection agency for $15 plus $5 for interest from this same bogus company. I called this collection agency also for a copy of a bill and they also said to disregard the notice because Mapnad Viatel Cons. Was unreputable. This is affecting credit reports and this company needs to be stopped.
