Collection Agency put incorrect info on my report and won't remove

A collection agency showed up on my credit report for 7 accounts totaling 177. I called them because I have never recieved a bill from them. They are not legal to collect in my state so I ask for verification because I don't owe these bills and get nothing they refuse to delete the accounts send validation or even speak to me.
