Refuses a refund, taking me through a long frustrating process

I ordered a tiara for my wedding in October. I checked back with the company in January and they said they never received the order (my bank account had been charged). I let them know my account had been charged, then they told me they found the order and processed it. I checked back and I was told by Patty the item was on back order and that Ed should have let me know but forgot. Then she emailed me again letting me know the tiara was now available and if I wanted it. I emailed her letting her know I wanted it and emailed her my new address. After waiting a couple of days and not receiving it I contacted them by email again. I was told it was sent to my old address (very frustrating since I'd sent them my new address). I bought a new tiara 2 days before my wedding from Michaels. Now they are refusing to refund my money.
