Horrible service, double charging, then no refund

I used All Gifts and Weddings to order a signature guest book frame for my wedding, and it was the worst experience of my wedding! I ordered two months before, b/c the website says they ship in 2-3 days. Two weeks later I still didn't have the frame, so I emailed them and they just gave me the run-around (said it was because of engraving).

Another week later, still no frame, so I emailed again, reminding them I had a little over one month til my wedding and I needed the frame. A day later they decided to admit that UPS had in fact broken the frame, so they were rushing the personalization to send me a new one - so I had to ask where it was or else they wouldn't have told me what had happened!!!

Before they sent the second frame I asked to not be charged again and I was assured that I wasn't. However, a few days later, there was a charge on my account for the frame. So again I emailed them to remind them of this, and I was assured my account would be refunded in 5-7 days. Eventually two weeks before the wedding the frame arrived (finally!) and it was beautiful.

Then after the wedding and honeymoon, I checked my account and found that I still hadn't been refunded. I ended up changing the name on my account the next day and emailed them again to remind them. They claimed they coundn't refund me b/c the name on the account had changed - so that means they waited over 1 month to refund me instead of the 5-7 days promised. So they said they would send me a money order.

It is now one month after this promise and not only do I not have a money order or a credit to my account, but now they won't return my emails!!! And I tried calling the phone number (which did work before the wedding) and it doesn't work now. So pretty much I will keep hassling them for a while, but I probably won't get any money back unless I can sue them - anyone want to join me??!!

Moral: All Gifts and Weddings is a horable website to use for your wedding or anything else. Weddings are stressful enough to plan and this experience made mine even more stressful. And not only that but I was double charged for the product b/c UPS broke it. So don't use this website... Ever!!!

PS: Anyone that has this problem with the website please post a reply - maybe we can get money back if we join together!!
