Beware rip off!

They advertise the following: "Our customer service pledge
Our goal is to develop and maintain a permanent relationship with our customers". Not True! Is that why they do not returns calls or are rude and insulting to their customers (yes Annette you were very rude and insulting).

"We pledge to find a way to get the job done to the customers satisfaction no matter how great the challenge". Really is that why you left furniture at my old home. Trust me I am in no way satisfied but you made it clear to me that you dont care. I guess that is why you threatened to sue me if I reported your terrible service, no it did not stop me or all the other people that reported them to the BBB.

Lets see uh minimun expectations:
Show up on time with the trucks promised and the people you promised.
Said 2 trucks one showed.
Said 4 people actual 9:30... Late only 2 show and one leaves to get the other one that did not arrive as promised on time.
10:00 now another showes and has no idea what to do since he was not there... On time to review all instructiuons and proceeds to stack boxes that are clearly labeled "FRAGILE DO NOT STACK" on all sides and top but its ok they are now on the truck slammed in place 4 high.
11:30 and guess what the other 2 finally arrive (day is half over).
11:45 - 12:00 break
12:40 -12:50 break
1:20 - 2:10 lunch
2:30 - 2:45 4 of 5 on break again
now 2:50 still kicking back in the truck smoking
3:10 a worker dropped our dresser down the stairs in front of the 5 of us and punches a hole in my wall and damages the dresser
3:25 -3:45 break
5:00 - 5:15 you guessed it break again
5:45 - 6:00 break
8:00 - 8:45 break
I paid $5,200.00 to paint our new home and I asked them all all to be careful of our walls... They were damaged or scraped almost every wall in our home. I was told by the office I made this up and our home was all scratched up before they arrived... Not true again. I have 15 witnesses to the condition of our home and it was perfect not a single mark the painters took 4 weeks going over every inch and yes THEY are a professional company. But that did not stop your office from calling me a liar.
Destroyed all my malibu lights... Book shelf destroyed... Sons dresser destroyed... Telescope. Destroyed. Spa scratched... Bed ruined and not assembled correctly and 2 foot prints through the bottom boxes... Table after table ruined... Fences trashed... Oh yea they did bring back my big screen tv... Oh did I mention it was the next day!
Thank god after all those breaks they finished as originally quoted... Oh yea over ran many hrs and charged me for it.
They offered $300.00 for the destroyed belongings and 2 homes... Sure that covered my 5k bar my 6k spa my 1.2k telescope my 5k bed my 1k tables my 1.2k dresser or my 5.2k paint job. There solution yell at me insult me hang up never return a call and threaten to sue me... Trust me Ill be doing the sueing and yes I ALSO turned them into the BBB.

There motto: Friendly, on time service at competitive prices, make the customer happy during the stressful time of moving.

THE TRUTH: Rude, Late, Rip off, Over charge, Upset and insult the customer.
Yes Yes Yes they did make it it very stressful!

Bottom line DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Too bad they really dont care about the customer or I would be spending my time on better things than warning other people.
