Usa relocation and transfer - beware usa relocation & transfer destroyed/demolished all our belongings and hit the house pulling up the driveway

We contacted Nationwide Moving Services and they were SO unprofessional and said the day before, they could not move us (still charged us 468 deposit). So we used one of their broker companies, USA RELOCATION & TRANSFER.

All of our belongings were destroyed and many beyond repair. We have the manager of the storage company that was there when the drivers arrived and is a witness to all the damage done to our belongings, mispacking, loosely packing of the truck, boxes packed half full and all collapsed. Along with pictures and the admittance from the drivers (to us and the manager) that they screwed up and that it was clearly all their fault (exact words) the owner would never acknowledge us.

The dining table was destroyed and all 4 legs broken (2 broken off), chairs were all scratched up, the new gun cabinet was dented, work out equipment was broken in half, curio cabinets were smashed with broken glass, our brand new entire bedroom suite was dented, scratched, smashed, broken. All the furniture was dented, scratched up and or broken. Mirrors and pictures were broken, the tractor was dented and will now not engage to drive, the trailer was dented.

Office furniture was destroyed with holes in it and the wheels on the bottom were ripped off, stereo cabinet was dented up, a silk plant was broken into pieces, buffet table with wood broken off, lamps were broken, antiques were destroyed, wall unit shelving was scratched, broken, dented up and the cabinet handles were pulled off of the front. End tables were destroyed, cedar chest was all chipped up, antique chairs were all scratched up.

All of the boxes were half full and smashed and damaged. None of the items in boxes were wrapped or secured. Items were just thrown in boxes, pictures, my cross collection, boyd bears, willow trees, our horse collection. Everything was broken. Our china collection, all our dishes everything was destroyed.
Along with the drivers literally hitting the house when they drove up, they also destroyed the wall in the stairwell according to 2 of our realtors.

We sincerely wonder if the drivers were on drugs and they talked about going out that night to get "drunk".
Along with all of this they also did not transport everything in the house that was to be moved to our new location, as instructed.instead they just left a lot of items behind. Had they packed the truck correctly and or completely they woul d have been able to bring everything.

We had to hire another company to go out and pick up those items left in closets, the garage and around the house. This company said they have never seen such a mess (per sheila with across usa) and how much stuff they destroyed in the garage and everything just thrown in there, an antique lamp for one example was just thrown in a box unprotected and left laying on the garage floor.

They over charged on pounds and we found out they can adjust the weight to say more when weighted.
The owner bobby motwani will not return our calls or call us back... But he was sure quick to charge our credit card.
Everything that we had left in the house was destroyed... All our childrens collectables... Every thing that was my grandmothers my husbands grandmothers, our mothers etc... Everything destroyed.

There was not one item that came off that truck that they did not destroy... And we have pictures... Beware... Don't ever use nationwide or usa relocation & transfer. Nationwide will also try to hold your items hostage when they under quote you so they can demand several thousand more out of you. And both companies are rude.
