Company sold me an ad on local county maps and said they would send me 150 maps in Oct

A lady named Amiee Brown contacted me and asked if I would be interested in placing an ad on the Clarksville/Montgomery county map at a cost of $300. She said I would recieve a 3 x 7.5 ad and would be sent 150 maps. This happened in Oct. I have tried to contact them several times since I paid the fee and have had no luck. The number just rings and then says the person you are calling is not answering, please try again later. I tried to locat their website and it is no longer operational.
