Google Maps Repeatedly Sends Business Owner to Wrong Addresses

Since Google is apparently so afraid of receiving complaints, because there is no way that I have found to contact someone directly, I am forced to complain on this forum. I am a business owner and I use Google maps everyday to get around to my clients homes. However, there have been numerous times where Google has led me to a wrong address, seriously affecting my work and deeply inconveniencing my clients. Today I was misdirected by Google maps to an address that was not even close to the original address, which made me 1 hour late to my appointment. Of course I made sure to type the address correctly, even indicating if it's a St., Dr., etc., and yet I was sent to a completely different address. I used MapQuest and it got me there with no problem. At this point, since I cannot even have the satisfaction of speaking with someone at Google directly and having my complaint addressed, I think I will stop using Google maps and use MapQuest instead. At least then I won't be jeopardizing my work.
