I tried to return a ring I had purchased form them that was the wrong size. After getting a RMA number twice and trying to return it twice they refused the package both times and refuse to credit my account. They said they don't understand why it was returned yet it was refuse from there warehouse. They were no help and it cost me over $20 in shipping fees trying to return it with no resolve. They just told me to try again. Great help!!! Lol
