Mistreated, ripoff, dishonest, false promises, misleading ads

Purchased a ring from another state. Explained that I had only seen the ring on an ad and not physically. Purchased the ring at an expensive price (over $1000). Received the ring w / a scratch on it. False advertising in magazine= color looked gold but received it looking like copper and the ring was so thick. Size was too big.

Not satisfied, asked to return it, but was refused because they claimed it was a special order in which they had to resize the ring for me. BUT was told that all the rings of this kind came in size 6, so even if a customer were to order it, they'd have to size it.

Should've told me NO REFUNDS, but didn't not. Wasn't told of return policies, especially on special orders. How would you feel if you purchased something over $1000 and could not return it after you were mislead by it's size, color, had a scratch on it, was not given any notice on return policies or told NO REFUNDS?
