I logged into my DirecTV account to make a payment. At the top of my account details page was this free offer

When I called the phone number to accept the offer they reneged on it! They told me they needed to investigate. After 2 days I had enough of their bull and switched to Dish TV. I had been a DirecTV customer for over 10 years and this is the first time they offered me anything for free then they retracted their offer! What a bunch of cheap crooks. I hope they go down the tubes.
