Ripoff the cellular phone business that doesn't give a damn Internet

I was inticed to switch to SprintPCS by the advertising that offered a great rebate on a phone, for new customers only. And, if you purchased two phones you would receive an even larger rebate.

I bought into this scam and ordered service and purchased a phone. One week later decided to purchase a second phone as well.

Submitted my rebate, on their "official" form with all necessary documentation for rebate on two phones.

Was told this offer is for new customers only... I AM a NEW customer! I communicated with them many times and was always given the same runaround.

Even if they made it a technicality (which, by the way, was NOT indicated!) in that both phones had to be purchased at the same time to qualify, I was still eligible for at least the first rebate.

Since no special provisions were indicated stating both phones had to be purchased at the same time, I believe I'm entitled to a rebate on both, just like they promised. So much for Sprint's promises!

To date, and this has been since November... I have not received a rebate. NONE at all!

I would think twice before contracting with this company again. Unfortunately for me, I'm stuck for the year. But to all those out there that believe the advertising they propose, BEWARE! Not only do they not come good on what they offer, they don't even care!

What kind of company have they become? Don't they make enough off of us already? Don't they value the fact that some people had some trust in them??? Apparently NOT!
