Sales Rep. Does anything to make sale! - Rebate for Cellular Phone

Bought two phones from Sprint at Baybrook Mall the sales person promises that I would get my rebate before Christmas and now there automated system still says 58% have written the rebate center through e-mail. NO RESPONSE!!! Then I called Sprint for help with rebate and told her what happened on the sale and she agreed the some of out sales rep do lye to get the sale. She told me that I will get it on the date that the recording said 1/25/10 two months. I can't do anything but call his boss and rep-remind him that sold it to me. I told her I will have two pay two bills before I even see my rebate. That mean Sprint has two months to play with my money. I told her that if I don't see my rebate by the end of January 31st. That I would bring my phones back because you are now braking your contract. So the end to this message is that I am totally screw by Sprint for Christmas.
