Careless Movers Damage then Deny

I recently used Don Farr for a local move. The workers were very careless with my brand new furniture - deep scratches and dents were found on almost all of the moved items. Not only that but one of the workers dropped a bed rail into one of our wall creating a huge hole.

I filed a claim with the company. After 1.5 months, they had an inspection guy come to my house who took pictures of the damage on his cell phone (laughable). 2 months later I finally received a letter of final settlement saying that they deny putting a huge hole in my wall and only want to give me $100 for the extensive damage to thousands of dollars worth of furniture.

What a shameful company - before using this company please notice that they are not a member of the Better Business Bureau and have many complaints with the PUC. They are not good movers. Especially if you like your furniture.
