Disreputable, bad work ethics, non qualified workers ripoff

I called to set up an estimate which at the time they were very polite on the phone, and asked if my furniture would be wrapped in moving blankets... Which by the way I had supplies. The answers to everything was of course yes! Including re-assembling anything that was disassembled.

When they got there was just the beginning of the nightmare. As they disassembled my entertainment wall unit one of the men? Dropped a piece of it and it put a big hole in the wall on top of the fact that it damaged that piece of the furniture.

They did not wrap any of the furniture as promised and said they would be wrapping it in the truck... Which btw all they did was put the blankets OVER the furniture.

By the time I got to my destination which was 2 cities over from Boynton Beach to Boca Raton they had used of more time than I paid for because they could not have been any slower if they had been crawling on their bellies to make the move... Seriously... They were on the phone and just moving slow.

So of course they wanted more money to unload the truck which without paying I would not have gotten my stuff of the truck. When it finally got unloaded they literally just put it all in the house not in any place special... Up against the walls etc.

I pointed out the damages. To the TV which they scratched the front screen. Tore the material on my couch... And repointed out the damage they did to the wall unit initally when it was dropped.

I was told "Just call out claims dept. And all will be taken care of. I did just that and took loads of pictures of all the other damage that was not noticeable until the furniture was assembled by myself and luckily 2 friends of mine who were construction workers and pointed out all the damage to me.

I took them to court which if course their claims rep "Chris" turned it all around trying to say it was already damaged before they handled the furniture etc. Blew off all the pictures of the damages I had plus I had a witness to the condition that my furniture was in prior to the move.

Thankfully the arbitrator got them to pay almost all of what I was claiming in damages. So I felt vindicated.

These guys totally SUCK and they are UNPROFESSIONAL. I would have gotten move movement out of a SLUG than I did these idiots!!!

Plese DO NOT use these movers as they are just a waste of your time and will destroy anything they put their useless hands on.
