We purchased a stainless steel dishwasher and refrigerator. Dishwasher was in stock but was not delivered on the promised day, so my husband had to take a day off for installation. Then a few weeks later the refrigerator was delivered and was BLACK with exposed screws. We found out we needed stainless panels which our "sales" expert (20 years experience LOL!) didn't know about, after we personally tracked down the information. We NEVER received any call backs EVER from salesman, dept. Manager or store manager. Always had to call them. Finally received panels, after calling numerous times to check on them. NOT ONE TIME did an H.H. Gregg sales person or manager return phone call, follow up or apologize. After waiting two weeks we ended up installing the panels ourselves. This was a $1900.00 refrigerator, not that it should make a difference but it was one of their top of the line models. Will not purchase from them again!!!
