HH Gregg $800 Defective Diswasher - Samsun Dishwasher DMR78AHS

My husband and I purchased a Samsung Refrigerator and Dishwasher, Electrolux Range and a (floor model) Electrolux Micowave. After speaking to HHGregg's sales rep, we decided to purchase the 5 year extended warranties for the refrigerator, dishwasher and range. "Not the microwave". The sales rep mistakenly put the 5 yr warranty on the microwave, not the dishwasher. Within 2 months of having the dishwasher, the mother board went out on the dishwasher. HHGreg sent someone to repair it.in fact we had issues with all three appliances, and were happy with the quick responce time. Just after 2 years of having an $800 dishwasher, it has given our again. After numerous calls to both HHGreg and the home warranty company, we are no where near having our dishwasher fixed. HHGreg says that we should have caught their employees mistake earlier. I had told them that as well as their service had been the last repairs, we had not reason to go back to review the past paperwork. HHGreg had done what we THOUGHT we had PAID them to do. HHGreg will not take any responsibility for the mistake of THEIR employee. Jason the Store Manager was quick to deny any responsibility for HIS Store.
Jason did state that he would allow us to BUY a brand new dishwasher at a substancial discount. I clearly do not understand how he could even THINK we would ever think of buying anything from his store let alone step foot in there again. I manage a large real-estate office. I will make sure to let any and all home buyers know of the difficulties that I have had with HHGreg Taylor Rd. Store. Maybe the BEST BUY store down the road would be a much better idea.
