Rubber Queen
Floor Mats

Shops, Products, Services

In October 1999 I purchased some automobile floor mats which included a $5 mail in rebate to Rubber Queen. I submitted the rebate form with all the requested information and receive a card back indicating my rebate could not be honored because I did not include a street address in my mailing address.
I then in return sent them a memo explaining that all my mail goes to a po box. I also included my street address but can't imagine what that has to do with a $5 rebate. I also told them that a no street address was a feeble excuse for not making a rebate and that I would attempt to escalate the issue. It is no wonder we live in a litigious society.
I have never heard back from them and at this point I don't expect too. It's not the $5 but the principle of offering a rebate with no intention of honoring it.
The only information I have on the company is as follows:
Rubber Queen, PO Box 15801, Scottsdale, AZ 85267-5801.

Company: Rubber Queen
Country: USA
State: Arizona
