False Promises

Run, do not walk, away from doing any business with this company! I was told that there are "x" number of locations right in my hometown, "x" nimber in a 3 town area, and "x" number in the county. This probably was the number of businesses listed in the phone book. It made it sound like each location was pre-screened somehow.in no way did it take into account all the locations that already had vending machines in them.

Anyway, I went ahead and paid for what I thought were proprietary locations with a guarantee against theft, vandalism, and the possibility of getting new locations if these for whatever reason did not produce the expected results.

I had one machine stolen during my first month in business. I sent a copy of the Police report expecting to be reimbursed the cost of the machine. My request was ignored. After 4 months in business, Due to a variety of reasons, I had lost about half of my locations. I repeatedly called asking for help in finding new locations. I would be told they were very busy and someone would get back to me. No phone call was EVER returned.

When I finally was able to talk to Jennifer, I was basically told that my file did not have the necessary list of my initial locations and that my contract was in fact voided because of it. No recourse other than to blog against them...
