Gaine's Vending
Salemen, Thomas E. Lied about services paid for. Owner won't hone up to contract

In December I signed into a contract with Gaine's Vending for the purchase of 4 vending machines and 4 locations. The actual locations I choose were a secret until money was transfered. All I knew is that they were close to my home.

During the time money was being transfered, those 4 location were sold by other sale people in office. No other explanation was given from salesmen Thomas "LOSER" Elliot.

Now I was contacted by Nick from Unified Vending who is a "Locator" for my machines. I told him I had locations, he said from who, I said from Thomas at Gaine's, he says he knows nothing about that because Gaine's doesn't have locations, he does.

New locations were further away from the first set of locations. I refused them on the grounds that the contract stated locations would be within 10 miles of my home. The new ones were NOT.

My attoney wrote a letter stating we would not seek a full refund if NEW location were secured within the contracts verbage.

3 NEW ones were offered and I accepted them all.

I secured 1 location on my own which meant I should recieve a refund for 1 location. Nick from Unified Vending says I should go to Gaine's and Gaine's told me I needed to get it from Nick at Unified Vending. As of Nov. 13 no one has responded to my request for a refund.

I am also waiting for the release of my 4th machine with the 4th location. Nick from Unified Vending says he's done with his end of the sale. So now I'm out 2 location fee's totaling $500.00, and 1 machine at approximatley $3,200.00.

All money has been transfered and still no machine or refunds after another letter was sent to Nick and Mr. Schwartz asking to give me my last machine and refund money that has been paid months ago.
