Lie to me and added charges

After having all my money stolen for 3 months in a row. I inform them of what was happening. I was told that they would help me by rewriting my agreement and have me to sign another agreement to help get me on track again.

I only owed 3 payments on my computer. I have payed 2 payments less $18.78 on one of them. I have tryed making the last payment online. It would not take my payment and stated I owed nothing more.

I called to find out what the pay-off was but was not told. They kept adding charges to me that I knew nothing about until today. The charges added up to more than 170 something dollars more than my payments.

I do not like dealing with liers and people that harress my parent that is in very, very poor health. When I got the agreement i told them not to contact my Father at all and they DID.

When a person has a business they should never lie to their customers. That is fastest way to lose business.
