Rip off artists

Although buying in the local Meijers shop in Sterling Hts., MI (searching for a customer - I'm a health company), I had been halted with a salesman from Combined Galleries of America. After much effective, and against my greater view, I settled a $10.00 deposit for pictures planned to become obtained at that area the next month. Because of work issues, I re scheduled, subsequently ended the visit. I merely couldn't assure that I'd be accessible for pictures within the forseeable future. I followed-up having a telephone call seeking a reimbursement of the deposit for that aforementioned factors. Child did I obtain the runaround! I had been informed they "don't provide discounts, " which I had been released a declaration from their organization (though no agreement was authorized on my own). I had been also informed repeatedly that the boss was considering the problem and might contact me regarding a romantic date (originally informed they return remains at the conclusion of the month) to anticipate the cash. Up to now (3.5 months later and nicely following the end-of the month, I'm still expecting an answer and also the reimbursement! Exactly what a rip-off! They have to be eager for the money!
