Refund of Security Deposit

In April I chose to proceed to Austin and decided to obtain out-of my lease early. After considerable conversations using the manamagent at Carmel a Deerfield flats in Sanantonio, I settled all of the necessary costs to end my lease early. I had been advised I'd obtain all my safety deposit again ($755) less any relevant make-ready costs. I had been informed this reimbursement could be released in 4 to 6 months. I waited... No-check. I named many period and was never provided an answer. Lastly, I used to be informed I'd not compensated the first termination charge - from the individual who realized I'd! I informed her I'd get evidence from my lender subsequently review her mind. I did so this, and was informed by her boss that there have been a "clerical mistake" and that I was certainly eligible for a complete reimbursement of my deposit. I subsequently got a notice on May 24 in the individual accountable for the mistake, informing me I had been obtaining a sign in the email. Which was fourteen days before... NEVERTHELESS NO-CHECK! This type of person incredible. Beware once they let you know that you simply need to spend a complete monthis lease like a deposit due to your credit. Beware once they guarantee you you will have it back...
